Your First Time Visiting: We like to acknowledge our first- time visitors, so don't be surprised if our Pastors and Elders come over to say hi! You will be provided a welcome card and a pen just to let us know a little about you. This card can be dropped in the offering plate as it goes by during the service.
What Should I Wear?: There is no dress-code at Tabernacle, we are have a more come-as-you-are style. You will find some men in suits, women in dresses, and some people in slacks or jeans. (For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7b)
What Is The Music Like?: Sunday morning worship consists of blend of hymns with a group of more contemporary praise and worship songs lead by piano. You can feel free to stand with the congregation or sit, however you feel led. We have some members that choose to lift up their hands when they feel led in their worship.
What Is The Preaching Like?: Pastor Paul preaches a solid Bible-based message, studied from the Greek and Hebrew texts. You can check out our Sermons page or our Facebook page for some of the messages/services. We do have pews Bibles in NKJV for you to follow along if you would like.
What About My Kids?: During Sunday morning worship we have child care available in our nursery for infants-age 4. Our volunteer teams consists of responsible women from our church who are mothers, grandmothers, and aunts.
For children ages 5-11 we encourage them to sit through the worship time before they are dismissed (prior to the sermon) for Children's Church. Pastor Dan heads up the staff who rotates on a teaching schedule.
Wednesday Evenings - 7PM
Wednesday evenings we meet in one of our Associate Pastor's home across the street from our church building. We relax in the living room as we join in a short time of worship, prayer, and a look into God's word.
