The Heart of South River (T.H.o.S.R.)
is a community outreach ministry led by DRIVEN Student Ministries at Tabernacle Baptist Church. Rooted in the words of Matthew 25:35 —
“For I was hungry, and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me”
— our mission is to reflect the love, compassion, and truth of Christ in tangible ways.

We serve our neighbors by providing food, encouragement, and a welcoming presence every first Saturday of the month from 9:45 AM to 12:00 PM in the basement of 130 Main Street, South River, NJ.
(Entrance is off the Jackson St. side of the building.
The door near the outside steps.)

Whether you are in urgent need or looking for a way to give back, T.H.o.S.R. is here to connect hearts and hands. Together, we believe that small acts of kindness can transform lives and strengthen our community.
